Job interviews

The interview may be a small talk about your background and yourself or maybe a group interview, you can be interviewed by one o more persons so you have to be prepare to anything. Try to dress professionally; if you’re women don’t wear too much jewellery and makeup.
Try to make a great impression, keep your things to your side or in your lap, maintain eye contact and smile this make a big difference.
If the interview is in a restaurant or cafe you have to be update on your table etiquette, and speak in a level that they can hear you over outside noise and remember keep the smile and eye contact.
If your been interviewed for more than one person make sure you to adapt your communication style to both individuals. Remember the males are more directly and concisely and females like to talk about feelings-oriented subjects.
When the interview its going poorly take a couple of steps back. Let the interviewed lead for a few minutes; get a new sense of energy to jump back into that interview. For telephone interview make sure that you are very high energy, you have to make a great first impression in your voice.
Also remember that Lie detector tests are illegal except if you’re applying for some type of government or high-security type of position, employer can’t ask about family status, anything that relates to culture or childbearing.
At the end of the interview you have to shine remember again the big smile and eye contacts; if you have the opportunity ask “may I have the job?” it’s the best way of end an interview. When the employer doesn’t call you back don’t be shy and call them, you have to be proactive so that way you keep your name in the employers mine, last send a thanks note to them and anyone else in the office.
